The room was large and clean, the bathroom was just next door with a large shower and bath. When we arrived our room wasn't ready (we only just booked it one hour before so the hotel cannot be blamed for this) the owner (Salvador) apologized profusely and gave us a free coffee in the cafeteria that they own, just 20 metres from the hotel. We booked the hotel as it is only 5 mins walk from the train station. But - there are good rooms also (so I read) and the family and how they treat you is so much more valuable that I still recommend this place. Also, I slept in my travel silk liner because the sheet was very old and not soft anymore. I didn't sleep well and woke up several times in night because of the noise from there - also the shower water went down from the pipe that was behind the window and it made a sound like it's raining. I so loved the family and that Spanish spirit that it's even hard to put it down here but I did have a no-view room just next to the two bathrooms and every time someone was in there, I heard everything. In the room there was big bed, chairs, table, big closet, towels and slippers, bottle of water, showerstuff. There was a hairdryer and an iron in the hall, owner is so helpful to tell you about the sightseeings, monuments and ready to hold luggage with them even aften check-out (for free). I wanted café con leche and got three muffins : ) Owner let me finish up my coffee and then showed the rooms. One couple who was there before me tasted a beer and got half of that big sandwiches also. They asked what would I like to drink - a coffee, tea, juice, beer. Check-in was in bar-restaurant, where the owner did the check-in-things and his sons were working there and while I waited I saw them in action as a family. Seriously, this is the place to stay in just to feel the warmth and Spanish family culture.
